Where can I find a good source of reload data for 00 buckshot shotshells and slugs?

Also, where can I find a good source of cheap buckshot!

Your best source for those loads is the Lyman Shotshell Manual. They have many loads for both buckshot and slugs. I've used their loads for the Lyman slug with AA hulls and wads, and it takes a deer down like a sledghammer. A friend used one on a black bear and it went right down, too.

Cheap buckshot? Don't know if it qualifies as cheap, but you can get buckshot at Cabelas and Midway for something like $20/ 5lbs.
