I’m looking for a holster for a Bul Armory Cherokee. Not a lot of makers. Does anyone know if a holster for another model pistol will fit them? I’m looking at Kydex for woods/yard carry.

Thanks!

Could you be more specific what model you have? I'm not that familiar with the line-up, but apparently there are a few different generations and sizes. Some with rails and some without.

A link or a picture would help.

Thanks for the picture. I was kind of hoping it would mirror a Magnum Research product to open up options, but the rails are different.

I'll see what I can find.

PJ Holster shows the Baby Eagle. https://pjholster.com/p/gun-models-available

It may be worth contacting them and asking if your gun may fit. The short rail of yours may work if the holster is designed for the longer rail, but those guns, like yours, have evolved quite a bit over the years and I don't know what version PJ has a mold for.

@JTQ - a thanks for all that info! I was trying to avoid Fobus (a not great experience many years ago) but I may go that route.

Interestingly, the model they specify for the Cherokee is the same as the Sig P226 and P220. I have holsters for them…I may wait and give those a try!

Yeah, I wouldn't choose Fobus myself, but you do have somewhat of an "odd-ball", "Euro" gun. I was running through the usual suspects of "Euro" holster makers as they would be the most likely to cover your gun.

If you wanted leather, and I haven't looked, but my guess would be Falco, another Euro maker, may cover your gun.

I always complain about the Beretta 92 variations, straight/slanted dust cover, rail/no rail, square/round trigger guard, traditional/Vertec/Brigadier slides and whatever the 90-Two/92A1 are, and how you have to do some work to find a holster for an odd Beretta 92, but the variations that have appeared in the BUL/Magnum Research/IWI versions of those guns is really a lot.

I hope you find something that works for you.

Well, it turns out that the Cherokee fits perfectly in my P226 holster...so nothing new required!
