Yesterday at the range I work at, a customer arrived with a Winchester model 52C, .22 rifle. It had an original Unertil scope with springs and micrometer mounts. It's wood stock had some scratches & handling marks but the metal was all pristine. Obviously a well cared for specimen. The gentleman told me that he had the match iron sights, front & rear plus the foregrip handle and a buttplate hook that came with the rifle when he bought it from a neighbor - - - - - - - - for $500.00.

According to the current owner, the rifle was offered to him by the son of the deceased owner. His asking price was $500.00 and his comments indicated that he did not like firearms & just wanted to get rid of it.
I should be so lucky.
