I'm filling out the forms for a C&R licence (and giving my wife my credit card for safe keeping.) Looking at the 'Home Address' part of Section 7, "responsible persons are required to provide all states resided in for the last 5 years."
Do they want the full current address and just the states for the last 5 years, or the full addresses for the last 5 years?
If I lived in a foreign country, do I have to list the province?
