C&R Handgun Purchase and MI

I just purchased my first gun with my new C&R. A CZ52. Can anyone tell me how it works with the saftey check in MI. Normally you get a MI pistol sales form to take to Sheriff Dept. But since i am going to get from OH, how does it work?
