Can anyone identify this pistol?

Hard to say I was told that Mexico and such was a big market for the 38 super back in the day in the 90's I hung out in a gun shop with the owner a lot and about every hispanic that came in asked about the 38 super and ammo for it .. A possibility this is one of them
 
Looks like a Spanish "Ruby" pistol in .32ACP. Clone of the Browning 1903 and made by 50 different Companies between WWI -WWII.

You guys really don't know what you're talking about. It clearly looks like a Ruby.

From what others have told me, that is a Spanish Ruby and had been used by the French in WWI. The added button pressed into the slide was added to prevent the safety from being moved while holstering the weapon.
