Can you identify this combo gun?

Hey all. I saw this magazine cover (Gun World, 5/1968) on another site and can't figure out what I'm looking at. Can anyone identify the combination gun shown? I don't have access to the actual periodical to read further, nor does googling turn up anything.

It looks like the top barrel is a 20-gauge and the lower is some kind of rimmed cartridge. Note two triggers and a lever.

It is a Staggs-Bilt O-U Rifle Shotgun.

Top bbl.. 20 ga. 3" chamber; bottom 30-30 Winchester
Top break lever, hammerless, two triggers
Barrels 19 7/8"; top mod. choke , bottom rifled
weight 6 1/2 pounds 36" over-all
Sold for $99.50 in 1970
