Cardboard gun rack?

I was at a sporting goods swap on Sunday, and noticed one seller had a couple of very clever gun display racks made of folded corrugated cardboard! I didn't get a chance to ask him where he got them, which is a pity, as there's a swap coming up I'd love to have a few for. I did some Google searching, but couldn't find any sources. Is anyone familiar with these?
 
This looked like a die-cut commercial product, and it looked very sturdy. I don't want to see several thousands of dollars worth of rifle tumble to the floor when one of my experiments fails!

I've seen it for sale, forget if it was gunbroker or a site, but it was 30 or 40 for a 2 gun display
 
Corrugated cardboard and a hot glue gun can provide one with hours of fun and result in surprisingly useable objects. The trick is knowing the strong and weak points of the material and making what you want to enhance the one while reducing the other.

A few years back I made my own Cowboy Action cart that fit onto my two wheel dolly. It was built to look like a small outhouse and got it's share of pointing and laughing from the fellow shooters. It was SUPPOSED to be temporary and a test for a wooden version. But moving and renos has caused me to use it for two years now and it looks like I'll be using it for a third year at our upcoming big shootout weekend where I need to move around from place to place.

For my model airplanes I've built a couple of corrugated cardboard transport boxes then varnished them. They are still working well almost 20 years on. And the compartmentized bin box I did to hold my balsa wood stock is as large as anything you ever saw in a hobby shop and again is around 20 years old and will be around for many more decades to come.

Obviously you need to keep it dry. But with the right thinking and right use of the material you could easily make up break down "notch and slot" fitted gun racks that work for gun shows. Or you could make the same stuff using 1/4 inch plywood which would be a little, but not much, more durable and long lived.... and draw less snide comments... :D Actually 1/4 inch luan "mahogany" plywood is commonly available. When varnished and sanded a few times it looks very nice and would offset the firearms nicely.
 
That's a neat idea but I would be warry of it failing and scratching my precious bundles of joy.
