Carry 1911 - Commander Slide on Officer's Frame?

I picked up this CCO here recently

STI has a model like a CCO but I can't recall the model name.

S&W has announced a CCO format model called the
SW1911 Compact ES. with the usual Novak low mount
'carry' three dot sights, beavertail grip safety, etc. It has a
stainless steel slide and the scandium alloy frame is black for
a two-tone. 29.6 oz. empty.Probably hit distributors this
summer.

SIg Sauer's C3 is the version with an Alloy frame, there are 3 others
in like size with the steel frame - note all of these have the checkered
front strap in the grip area of the frame.

wow that is perfectly what i want... here is a question, what conceals better, an officer frame or a bobtail? i would REALLY appriciate some light on this

I own both.

A Dan Wesson CBOB and a Colt CCO.

The CCO conceals better. I carry it in a IWB holster which conceals the slide but the short frame hides better.

Both are easy to carry and with the right holster conceal easily.
