CC permit question

ALL KINDS OF PEOPLE HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHAT IS IN THEIR CRIMINAL RECORD, particularly people who have been through juvenile systems, people with multiple offenses, people who didn't pay attention in court as to what they were actually pleading to, and people with selective hearing when talking to their lawyer. Submitting an application with incomplete information is like just shoving a cartridge in a chamber and firing to find out if it is the right one or not.

No one said a lawyer can approve anything. A lawyer absolutely CAN find out what is in your criminal record.

The questionnaire I filled out asked, and I wrote a letter to go with the application explaining the situation. "Drunken disorderly" when I left the Army's employ my older brother and I got together upon my return and had a really good time at the local tavern:D that ended with the two of us spending the night in the drunk tank. No charges filed, yet still on the record.

Just send the app. with a letter of explanation, every one is entitaled to be an a** once in a while. They understand, yet if denied I'd see a lawyer.:cuss:
