CCI Blazer Brass Ammo- what powder?

I fired some Federal with the newer non-toxic primers, and the spent cases are so clean I can hardly tell they were even fired.
Very interesting.

I have noticed that CCI once fired brass I pick up at the range is almost new looking inside. I don't know if it is the powder or the primer, but they are definitely clean.

CCI Blazer Brass is funny. Looks like its dirty (huge fireball out the end of my 1911 before I started handloading) but very clean brass (barrel and chamber, so-so). Could this be a combination of powder and primer?

They may not tell.

Hey there :
Most ammo companies won't say. But CCI does sell components and may spill the beans .

My CCI Blazer Brass in .45 auto does not produce nice, clean cases out of a G36. I pull the bullets and keep samples of all commercial ammunition I shoot. As memory serves, the powder appeared to be Bullseye, appearance wise.
