Does anyone know why Century Arms does not put prices on their website? It would be nice to know how much they are selling their products for before walking into a gun store to order one. Can any dealers/C&Rs give me a ballpark figure what they are asking for their Mosin-Nagants 1891/30s, like are they above or below 50 or 100 dollars. I am just trying to get an idea before I go to a dealer and order one.

AIM Surplus is selling them for $70 in VG to E condition with refinished stocks and well-used bores. So figure what it would take to get one of those to you after shipping + transfer fees and that's the price to beat.

At the bottom of their main page it says "Mosin-Nagant M91/30's, M44's and M38's in such condition as has never been seen before on the American continent." See here: http://www.centuryarms.com/Century/home.htm

I have heard both good and bad things about AIM, that is why I would rather order one that was stated in the best condition possible.

Well, I logged into the store with my dealer account and all I see are the $49 ones with cracked stocks. Have plenty of 38s and 44s, though.

As far as AIM, AIM gets their M91/30s from Century Arms. I can almost guarantee that if you get one from AIM, it'll be import stamped by Century. The only other recent importer of Russian milsurps is Aztec, but they've bailed out of the milsurp rifle business from what I understand. It's a shame, too. I bought a pair of M38s from them in awesome condition (true M38 stocks with no cosmo).

Because they are a distributor. They want to protect their dealer prices.

Last time I was on Century's website, they did list prices for ammo and other things that regular consumers could buy.
