Am having a ball with my CETME...today, using South African ammo on the Ft Benning English range, I rang the 360-yd gong with every shot, and hit the 500-yd gong 2 out of 5 tries...need to check the drop data on the ammo, and inherent dispersion...

But the trigger pull is atrocious! Must be AT LEAST twelve pounds...would like to get it worked on. Anyone know of someone in the general Columbus, GA area who can do it? ...or elsewhere...

Can also ring the 360-yd gong with every shot with my SKS...aiming at the head...but havent figured out how high to aim to hit the 500-yd gong. Does anyone know the additional bullet drop for the 7.62 x 39mm between 360 and 500 yds? (The trigger pull is okay, and I get 3" groups at 100-yd.)

Fun, Fun! :D

I have read many favorable comments on Springfield on the CETME board. They think highly of his work.
