This is probably the easiest to fix problem that a revolver(regardless of brand) can have. No need to send it back to the manufacturer. It's a simple do-it-yourself task anyone can accomplish. A variable speed drill motor and the proper sized "dingle berry" hones (available from any auto parts store), a little mineral spirits and a few minutes time........hard to eject spent cases.
