Chicago Top Cop Says Gun Laws 'Government-Racism'

There is a video floating around of the shanty ex-Bronx NY now Police Superintendent of Chicago selling the perfect storm to the Left at a Black church: [lack of more] gun laws are the government's plan to promote racism in America.
Ya know, because minorities shoot each other and that's the gun's and it's availability's fault which is what the government spawns by not banning them. Don't be surprised -- this is under the new Mayor, Obama's prior Chief of Staff. He doesn't like the NRA cause they help kill "black and brown children." And Sarah Palin should be at the scene of a gang-land shootout.
This is the most interesting twist on playing the "race card" since the Second Amendment was responsible for Mexican Drug cartels and needs to be repealed. There is NOTHING that is beneath these Left-wing anti-gunners.
