Childrens firearms safety class Growing Up Gunsafe 6/7

This is the most important class we teach.
In two weeks our most important class. June 7th at 0900. Growing Up Gunsafe.
This course was designed to teach children AND a parent the basics of safety with firearms. We will go over safety with rifles, handguns, and shotguns.

Do you own firearms and/or have kids? We’ll go
over safety with handguns, shotguns and rifles in
this class. In this class we take the mystery out of
the firearm so that your child knows it is a deadly
weapon and not a toy. Half of the class is spend in
the classroom going over safety rules and answering
any questions. Half of the class is on range
shooting. Parents must accompany their child.

When I was growing up ,,Dad said "Don't touch that!" So I didn't...neither did my friends (we were all raised around firearms)..... when did things change?

I would say things began to change about 1965 and after. That is why we have so many folks voting anti-gun laws because they have never touched a firearm.
So we teach this class, and we volunteer with the Appleseed project, and support the Eddie Eagle program.
