I recently purchased a Cimarron Uberti Colt 1873 SAA in 45 Colt and 4 3/4" barrel. It is very accurate but consistently shoots to the left 2" at 7 yards. I would like to correct the front blade sight which appears to be mounted a little off to the right. I verified this with a laser sight. I assume in order to fix it properly the front sight needs to be re-soldered and a trip back to Cimarron. Instead of moving or attempting to bend the front sight what about rotating the barrel slightly which shouldn't take much to move the POI 2" at 7 yards. What advice does anyone have to correct this problem?

Get someone with the proper action wrench and barrel vice to turn the barrel.

Thats how fixed sight SA's are sighted in for windage.
