Cleaning Ruger Mark 3

So, I've strip cleaned my mark 3 a couple times up to the point of taking off the barrel but I'm find a couple parts like the bolt release and the trigger and the rest of the "lower" is starting to get pretty guncked up. Any recomendations on cleaning that part since Ruger says not to disassemble beyond what I've done?

Not as good as bullseye suggestion, but once in a long while I will really really spray it out with gun scrubber or wd/40. Not very often though.
