Denver both recognized out of county CCWs and arrested folks for carrying in town.
As recently as January I was told by Denver cops that they were instructed by the DA's Office to arrest out of county (Denver is both a city and county) CCW holders when ever they could. I asked if they would do so. They said they wouldn't, but knew a few guys who would.
