I just picked up a new to me New Frontier Buntline with .22lr and 22mag cylinders...
Most of the pictures of this gun I've seen show the .22mag cylinder as being unfluted, but on this revolver both cylinders are fluted and the .22lr is so marked while the mag cylindre has no stamp.
Anyone know if colt ever sold the convertible new frontiers with fluted mag cylinders?
I'll try and get some pictures up once I get it cleaned up.
