Confused, need a hug

Somebody say something comforting now so I feel better about this. I feel very sour about that whole incident now.
If it makes you feel any better, you accusing this guy of threatening you with a gun would have given the police probably cause to search him and his premises for the gun that he claimed he did not have.

I think that anyone who has been driving for more than a week has their own stories about "jerk" drivers. I know I do, and plenty of them. I know that the older I get, the more I really appreciate considerate drivers- the type that make room for you when they see your turn signal, or back off and let you in when seeing you merge, or even slow down and hug the shoulder when you go to pass them.

Like most anyone, I have sure seen red when someone does something aggressive or dangerous, but something a friend told me has stuck in my mind and really helped in those situations.

"The world is full of jerks, always has been and always will be. If you could magically zap and disintegrate every one that deserved it when they offended you, The world would still be full of them. Ignore them and live with it."

Also- to you jerk drivers out there (you know who you are- some of you are friends or family): CUT IT OUT!
