I'm contemlating picking up another P-14, and was wondering if they still use plastic main-spring housings and plastic mag catches out of the box.
My circa 1997 P-14 had both when new.
Also, I'm reading that recent manufacture mags have spring issues. My current mags have gone near on 10 years on original springs, but are showing signs of weakening. Wolff springs are in order, but knowing if I need to replace the springs immediately would be nice.
