I guess I have somewhat of a bag fetish... 
I didn't really need this thing. I just bought it on a whim; one of those 'what-the-hell, why-not' things. I'd secretly longed for it for quite a while, but just never convinced myself to acquire one. Now that I've had it for a while, and used it, I'm happy I took the plunge.
It's extremely well made. It's constructed of heavyweight nylon, and all of the exterior pockets are lined with a nice rubber/polyester type material inside. The main compartment is padded and lined with what I can best describe a soft 'cottony-like' material', the texture of which allows hook-side velcro to stick to it. The main compartment also has a stiff divider inside. It's removeable, with velcro tabs, and has a partion flap on one side. All of the zippers are YKK brand, very smooth and fairly heavy duty. The zipper pulls are my own, though; just some knotted 550 cord.

Side one. It's got three slots for pens, lights, or whatever else. I have one of my extra knives in the larger slot, but the slot itself is large enough for medium-body flashlight, expandable baton, etc. My Pelican M6 fits nicely when needed.
I wasn't sure about the elongated pocket at the bottom, but I've found it's nice for any number of odd items that may not be suited for one of the other pockets. It will almost hold my rechargeable MagLite, which is slightly larger than a standard 3-cell model. The head sticks out, and I'm not sure it would provide enough retention to keep it from sliding out. It will hold a 2-cell MAG or similar light handily, though. And that's loop velcro on the top pocket for attaching a patch if desired.

Side two. The two outboard pockets are quite roomy, each large enough for say a 50 rd. box of ammo with a little room to spare. I have some gloves and a few extra loaded magazines for my CCW piece in them.
The top middle is actually two pockets under one flap, the left one a bit larger than the right. The left pocket will easily hold a flip-style cell phone and the right pocket holds anything about the size of of a SureFire E1e, which fits perfectly BTW. In the pocket below that, I have my Gerber Multi-Plier in it's pouch, with a lot of room to spare.
The two pockets at either end of the bag are made to accommodate a hand-held radio, but will also hold a medium size water (or other beverage) bottle. They both have a retention strap made of shock cord with a velcro closure tab. The strap runs through a grommet to the main compartment of the bag and is adjustable via a cord stop.

This is the 'hidden' pocket. County Comm actually bills it as a hidden gun pocket. It looks small, but it can expand a fair amount. I don't use it for anything specific yet, but I have surreptitiously carried my GLOCK 30 in it on one occasion.

The main compartment. It was hard to get a decent photo, and it may appear small, but this compartment really is spacious. It can hold small or some medium sized laptops if need be. You can see the divider is stiff enough that items can be clipped to it, like my GPS unit and a Fobus paddle holster for my P3AT. I've also got a small pair of binoculars and a pouch with my MP3 player, headphones, batteries, cell phone power adapter, etc.; and even with that stuff, there's still a lot of room left over.
Under the clip of my GPS pouch you can see the partion flap on the divider that can be used to create two compartments on that side of the bag.

I've found it very handy when I have to switch vehicles, or ride with a friend somewhere.
It's available from County Comm, in black, OD, and desert-tan. The black & OD bags are $40.00 and the desert-tan is $45.00. Good deal? I guess that's subjective. I'd been using a $15 Craftsman tool bag that worked fine. Though, for what it is and the quality of materials & construction, I think the price is reasonable.
Now, when I ordered it, I opted for one in black. I kind of wanted one in OD, but those were sold out. How did I get one in desert-tan you ask? Well, I don't know... I checked my e-mail confirmation, and my receipt, and both show that I ordered a black bag; but I got a tan one. Such is life. At first I was disappointed, but the tan has really grown on me and now I'm very happy that it's tan. It's a nice break from all my other OD & black stuff. And, I was only charged for the cost of a black bag, so the $5 discount was nice.
So, if you're a bag whore like me, or if you've been looking for or need something like this, I can highly recommend the Bail Out Bag.
