A federal appeals court panel Friday unanimously upheld an Obama administration requirement that dealers in southwestern border states report when customers buy multiple high-powered rifles.

If this is appealed, we won't like the resultant ruling. There is no Constitutional bar to this requirement.

There are multiple existing laws in effect restricting reporting requirements. While not specified in the Constitution, existing law such as approved by the State or Arizona show a large chance at success at a higher court.
