Cross-eye dominant shooters; advice please.

Simply switch hands....long gun doesn't matter, pistol change hands .it will feEl natural quicker than you think .

I have Duane syndrome so my left is dominant but im right handed. I still shoot with my right eye for rifles and left with pistols. Method to my madness is my right eye doesnt move outwards so with a rifle my sight picture is right int he center of my vision as my left eye "overwrites" the vision from the right. Think of it like a videogame cross-hare in the center of the screen. scan with left and adjust. works fine and so far shoot nothing but expert with M16/M4's in army. I trained my self to shoot with both hands and both eyes and can do so accordingly depending on the situation but this is what works "best" for the way my vision is.

I'm left eye dominant, right handed. 20/20 left eye and 20/30 right eye with astigmatism. I learned to shoot rifles left handed. It sucks. Doesn't feel natural and I'm still not as good as I could be, but I until we have the technology to do eye transplants and reset eye dominance, I'm stuck doing it this way.
