Crow Decoy Setup???

Hi,
I was wondering how do you guys set up your crow decoys? Is there any type of pattern? How far away do you space the decoys?

It took me years to get this just right!

Two Plum trees out back. Two Cherry trees too. They won't leave the Cherry trees alone, and the Plum trees give me good cover. I don't want to shoot shot gun in my back forty, so it's scoped pellet rifle for me.
