Hey all,

Wondering if anybody knows what the current Wal-Mart prices on WWB are for 9mm, .40 and .45?

I'm debating doing a bulk order online, but pay-as-I-go is really much easier on me. I just moved and the closest one doesn't stock guns or ammo, I'm trying to find one, but I'm curious if it's worth my time.

Thanks!

unfamiliar with GT, i'll try and search AR15 but if you see it i'd appreciate a link.

thanks again!

$12.88 for 9mm. I can't remember the exact price on .40 and .45 but it is about $16.75 for .40 and a little over $22 for .45. It has been going up lately and the prices are for the 100 pack.

AIM surplus has a better price on the 9mm in Brown Bear. The Fiocchi they sell is good also but I don't think much of the Aguilla brand.

When last I visited, these were what I saw (I am not 100% certain about the 9mm and .40)

For boxes of 100 FMJ:
9mm: 9.95
.40S&W: $17
.45ACP: $23 (note: Blazer brass was still about 9.95/50)

The .40 and .45 have gone up, but are still about the best price I can find anywhere. After I make an allowance for shipping, I can't find a comparable price on ammo of similar quality.

One funny thing to note about walmart wwb, is the 100 count value packs are actually more expensive per round than the 50 packs for some reason.

2 50 packs are cheaper than 1 "value" pack, at least with 9,,

9mm here goes for about $11 and change for a box of 100 and funny enough they usually have the 50rnd boxes for $4.50 or so.

Tennessee Wal-Mart

WWB 9mm is $12.88. I went to Bass Pro Shop yesterday in Nashville and got the same WWB 9mm 100 count for $11.88. We bought their last 4k rounds but were going to try and get more from another store.

WWB 9mm was $9.95 per 100 at our Wally world a couple of weeks ago. Blazer Brass was a dollar or so less.

.40 was $16.and some change per 100

That's all I've bought lately.

manhattan/ Junction city ks

9mm $12.88
40 cal $16.97
.45acp $21.97

that is all i know for now. that covers all the calibers i am after as far as pistols are concerned.

$15 9mm/100rds at Cabelas in Dundee Mi last w/e
$usually see it for $13-15 at Meiers & WalMart.

No 100 rd boxes at Bass Pro, but the 50 rd coxes went for about $8

Near French Creek, in PA

9mm was 7 something for a box of 50, 12 something for a value pack (100). That was two days ago, so adjust for inflation accordingly :)

If you have access to an Academy where you live, I'd suggest trying the brass-cased Monarch ammo. I tried a box today (in 9mm). It was a dollar less than the WWB (5.87 a box) and worked perfectly. I might even like it a little better than WWB (a little cleaner perhaps).

They also have it available in .45ACP, but I didn't get a chance to try it.

I'd give it a go if you can get your hands on it. At $5.87 per 50 it's still cheaper than 100 round value packs of 9mm WWB at close to 13 bucks a box.

Bought 200 rounds of 9 mm last night for $12.88 per 100.

Bought 200 rounds of 380 auto today for $20.46 per 100. Somebody please explain to me why the smaller bullet costs MORE!!
