I bought a CZ 455 22 Rimfire. It comes with an 11mm dovetail. I'd like to hear from you as to your scope ring selection. I have my eye on a Weaver RV-7 scope, it has a 1" tube.
I have a set of BKL 257s(Nikon 3-9x40bdc) on one rifle and CZ medium rings(Bushnell Trophy XLT 4-12x40 AO) on the other. Both are working very well for me.
I have a set of BKL 300 on a 455 Varmint with a Meuller 8-32x44 Target dot. You can go to Rimfire Central, CZ/Brno section, look in the stickies and find more info on scope/ring combos than than the average person can comprehend.
For my 455, I bought a set of air gun rings for less than 10 bucks shipped. Been using them for about a year with no problems. For my 452 FS, I used the Warne 721 rings.
I have a CZ527 on the way now, and after researching rings for it, I went with these from Burris..... http://www.amazon.com/BURRIS-1-inch-Medium-Rings-420140/dp/B000Q2DO82
I found several reports that these medium height rings allowed sufficient clearance for the both the bolt, and my 40mm scope bell.
These are 16mm, but I would assume they'd make the same ring in 11mm.
They have tip-off jaws that can reverse for either 3/8ths inch or 11mm use. However, I have found them less than adequate for 3/8ths inch groves. On the other hand, they are awesome on 11mm CZs. Here is a set on my CZ 452 Special/Trainer:
