Does anyone have any opinions on the CZ 511 .22 auto? Is it is accurate as the rest of their .22 rifles? How about reliablity? Anyother info would be great.

Thanks,

Isn't that the new designation for the 452 Basic with the Beechwood stock? If so, then from what I've heard it shoots just like the Lux model (which I own)... Nice gun. :)

Wow, that looks really cool. I'd really be interested in hearing how accurate it is. After I bought my 452 I thought I'd never want another .22 rifle again, I may be wrong!

The CZ 511 (.22LR) and the CZ 611 (.22WMR) were both sold here in New Zealand from about 10 years ago. I briefly handled a 511 and fell in love it immediately. It felt as comfortable as my Lux. They don't come up for sale 2nd hand very often here and when they do they command quite good prices.

My brief experience with the 511 was that it was very easy to use, well built (though there were some cosmetic shortcuts and shortcomings), accurate and functional. A 511 and/or 611 is on my "to get" list and when I find them they'll replace my 10/22 deluxe.

If you like the CZ 452, you'll like the 511. My only real concern was the stock trigger, however, a reasonable 'smith can fix that for you.
