DARK Blue AR

ok so santa finally got around to his backlog as I ordered a Delton AR lower with Navy Seal Logo on it... kind of a impulse buy during the freakout... I ordered it in either October or November... gotta give JSE Surplus Props for NEVER jacking up their prices!!! I've already got a couple of ARs a .223 and a 7.62 x 39... anyways I'm looking for a dark blue theme... anyone know where I can get some dark blue furniture for an AR? thanks, Johnny

You're just gonna have to paint it or dye it.

Duracoat has lots of colors, but it's a lot of setup and prep for one small job.

About to do the same for my son's AR...his high school colors are blue, black and silver.

Using RIT "denim" color liquid dye and just picked up a large used pot from Goodwill to dye some Foliage Green Magpul furniture (lightest color I can find). Don't think the wife would ever forgive me if I used any of her pots for this project!

Look up Matrix Diversified. They sell hydro dipped Magpul furniture and may have what you want

Yeah, RIT dye on Magpul foliage should work nice. Practice on mag dust covers 1st to get the color right (adjust dip time etc.)
