Haven't seen it posted here or much about the shotgun really even on this particular forum, but Buds has the Remington V3 in various flavors from 540-620 dollars and on Thursday they go on Remington's Dove Days 100 dollar rebate. So you can get what from everything I have read to be a reliable and comfortable semi automatic 12ga for 440-520 dollars before fees.
Disclaimer : I have not shot the V3 although I held on at the Great American Outdoor Show. I had sworn off Rems due to all the recalls etc, but think I am going to be un-swearing them off for this deal!
