Detonics Combat Master Comeback?

I just started watching Miami Vice (I'm 23 it's new to me!) and found that Detonics is bringing back the Combat Master http://www.detonicsdefense.com/#!products
It was supposed to be out May of 2010, but I can't find any info on it at all. Detonics won't reply to my inquiry, either.

Don't get me wrong, I like Detonics guns, at least the ones made in Washington and Georgia (I have a Georgia CombatMaster), but all I've seen is a website out of this new company. I believe they made some guns out of left over Georgia parts but I have yet to see any of the new guns from their site.

It's been a while since I watched Miami Vice. In fact I watched it when it was new. I don't recall any Detonics pistols. Tubbs carried a S&W Bodyguard and a short shotgun. A SxS and a pump in later episodes. Crockett carried a Bren Ten and later a S&W M645. Of course, memories of TV shows I watched as a teenager may not be the sharpest.

In the first episode, and maybe the next couple, Crockett carried the detonics behind his back as a back up gun.

Crockett carried the Detonics in an ankle rig for most of the series. He didn't pull it very many times but when he did you could see it was a Detonics.
