Dies for loading M1895 Nagant revolver ammo?

Whose dies do you guys recommend, or is this not a reloadable cartridge?

It is fascinating how the case mouth folds over the top of the bullet like that, and then expands and irons out into the forcing cone of the barrel.

I am hoping that with the Hotshot ammo that is available now, that some company will come up with the proper dies to reload this brass. I can't for the life of me understand why the brass would need to be crimped like that...

I use Lee dies and Starline Brass and a M1 Carbine Lee Factory Crimp Die. Some guys use M1 Carbine dies with no problums.
