On another thread there was talk about a disparity of force shooting but that thread was closed as it had become too much about race. Here is a link to another disparity of force shooting. This shooting occurred in March 07 in Houston Texas aboard a Houston Metro Bus.

If this had taken place in some state other then Texas like New York or California I bet the shooter would have been convicted of manslaughter at the very least.

None the less when an innocent person is attacked or is in imminent and unavoidable danger of being attacked by one or more assailants and the force of the one assailant or the force of the multiple assailants is so great that it rises to the level of deadly force then you may use deadly force ( i.e. shoot them ) to protect yourself as if they were armed with deadly weapons.

But like the shooter in this event you may be put through hell because of it.

Take care ya'll!!
