Very nice.

I'll comment with my wallet. I'm getting their 77/22 integral and 4" x 1" micro wet 9mm can.

If anyone cares, they are offering a special price on their .22 cans for $199 again. Contact Brooks. Contact info on their website.

Here is the post and contact info from Silencer Talk:

"Hello everyone on Silencertalk, and thank you very much for the forum, Robert.

My name is Brooks, (I formerly posted under the name afoliata) and I work as a Sales and Design Assistant for Richard Thompson of Thompson Machine here in Florida. After exhaustive research and development, and countless thousands of rounds of testing, we are very proud to announce our first full-production release into the .22 suppressor market.

The Thompson Machine Zephyr is a take-apart design .22lr muzzle suppressor that measures in at 5.25” in length and 1.0” in diameter while offering suppression levels on both pistol and rifle hosts that rival competitors suppressors that are longer and cost twice as much. It includes our take-down tool at no extra cost, and is fully and easily user-serviceable for a lifetime of use.

Here are the specs:

Length: 5.25”
Diameter: 1”
Weight: 5.0 oz
Tube Material: 4130 Steel
Baffle Material: 6061 T6 Type 3 Hardcoat Anodized
Design: Mono-Baffle, Take-Apart, Tool Included
MSRP: $240.00

For you folks who took the plunge and bought our first generation $99 k-baffle suppressors that we were selling on Gunbroker, we thank you for taking a risk on a new entrant into the suppressor market. As a thanks to you, we have made our new (MUCH quieter) mono-core baffle stack backwards compatible with your tubes, so just send your suppressor back to us (or have your class III dealer send it), and we will upgrade it to Zephyr specs for $35 including return shipping. We will have it in the mail back to you within a few days of when it hits our door. We really want you guys to be happy with your inexpensive TM cans, and are confident that you will be very pleased with this upgrade.

The retail on the Zephyr is $240 but for our silencer forum friends, we are offering a special promotional price of $199 each for the first 25 zephyrs we sell on online forums. We want to get these suppressors in peoples' hands so everyone can see how quiet an affordable take-apart suppressor can be. As an added bonus, if you are a Floridian, and want to do your transfer directly through us, there will be no charge for your transfer if you buy one of our cans.

Pictures of the Zephyr, and videos of it being shot next to competitors’ cans will be up by the end of next week.

If anybody has any questions about our suppressors, or wants to order a Zephyr, email me at [email protected], or just post the question on here. I strive to answer email within 24 hours. In the coming weeks, we will be releasing more suppressors, including some very affordable, VERY quiet integrals, so stay tuned.

Dealers, contact me with a copy of your FFL/SOT for dealer pricing.

Thanks,
Brooks

OK! The video and pics are up! Razz We compressed all the separate vids into one vid for easier viewing.

Both sounded nice. But one thing I have learned from video taping suppressed firearms is that nothing beats being present for the test, not even a proper noise meter. It is nice to see prices dropping. Still going to keep making my own though. :)
