Does anyone have the Armscor M200?

I saw this gun at Gander Mountain and was shocked by how cheap it was for a .38 special ($179). I asked the clerk about it and he knew nothing about it, so I thought I would ask here. I have a few questions:

1. Is the gun itself any good, or is it just junk?

2. If it is any good, is it accurate?

3. Can you load +P ammo in it?

Any answers would be helpful...thank you.
