I have been searching the web for a quad rail handguard for the DPMS Sportical .223 with no luck so far... any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Well, I bought one for my AR and promptly replaced it with a far more comfortable Mag Pul. You need rail sections to add lights, lazers and such but is much nicer believe me. If you try Cheaper than dirt, Midway USA, Sportsmans Guide, ebay or even Amazon.com you will probably find what you need. Good Luck.

DPMS sportical is a cheaper AR, right? Are you looking for economical? Try global military gear. They have a quad rail for a carbine for $51, cheaper on ebay or amazon. My buddy just got one for his Palmetto State Armory carbine. To my surprise it locks up tight. It does do one thing that is wierd. It goes over the handguard cap, not in it. It really looks nice. He has put about 1000 rounds through it and no problems. He did use red locktite on the screws, smart guy my buddy.

Here is the link, but check amazon and ebay.

It also doesn't weigh 2 lbs like it says. My buds weighed in at 11.5 ounces. We even torked down some flashlight mounts and the aluminum didn't bend or break, we really torked it too. He previously had a Tapco plastic rail it was too big, ugly, cheaply made and didn't lock up tight at all. They are new and probably made in china but my friend is frugal to put it nicely. For the money the GM-Gear can't be beat.

Yes, it is a cheaper AR.. It's my first AR so I didnt wanna get too crazy just yet. But, Thanks for the link I'll check them out.
