Here is my latest, a Makarov with Novak sights, as done by www.makarov.com

Many of you suggested using different/darker pencils, and I still haven't found mine... so I bought some. :D

It's been a looong time since I've used different shades of lead, but I think it turned out alright.

EDIT: Sorry, that turned out to be a crummy scan. I'll have to find out why later, though.

Nice job Wes.
If only mine had those sights! I have been thinking about that modification for a while now.
Awesome!

Nicely done. Still waiting for the BHP though, unless I missed it?

Oh my, Trebor -- you've missed out. :D
There are a few, and can be seen here: http://www.thehighroad.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=33043&highlight=drawings

Be sure to check all through the threads, since some were added later in the discussion. ;) Eventually I'm going to do one of "the Guns of Indy," but haven't figured it all out yet.

Thanks for the many compliments.

Very impressive! Since I have absolutely no artistic talent, I am always awed by those who do. Keep 'em coming!

Hey Wes,

Thanks for pointing out those other threads, I missed all of them except for the one with Skunky's S&W.

So, I like the Skunk's gun, the Mak and one of the Hi Powers the best. It's interesting the watch you improve drawing after drawing. Keep it up.

Wow - what awesome talent and drawings!

Could you do a drawing of a cowboy gun belt/holster and colt-clone pistola?

Wes,
As a fellow artist, I have to say.............WOW.....you need to come by my shop my best work is long gone but Ive got a few things hanging up.
.............Very very nice work. There is nothing like lead in many hardness's to either give you fits or make things go easier.

Shoot well.........
Eric

Love the Mak! How about a wheelgun? I've got a Ruger Super Redhawk coming in .454 Casull, that would be cool. Although a S&W or Freedom Arms revo would probably be prettier! :) A S&W M41 would be nice also.

Very nice - I love looking at these!

Thanks for the kind words. :D

I didn't know you drew! cool! I'd love to come by your shop one of these days. I'd like to see what goes into a holster, too.

Hey, by the way, can you take credit cards yet?

Wes
