Has anyone had any dealings with Reproduction Guns from this company.
I am looking to them as alternate for a Ruger Birdshead 38 Single-Action.
To make a SASS Rig.
The Birdshead Rugers in anything other than 32 seems to have dried up
and anybody that has one is holding on to it.

I HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH THEM FOR YEARS WITH COMPLETE SATISFACTION.

Gary Owen of the 7TH Cavalry works there you know. I have EMF HARTFORD single actions from 32-20 to 45COLT and there hasn't been a clinker in the bunch.

I own an EMF Hartford model (SAA Clone). I am very happy with it, as it is very accurate.

Our local Gander Mountain has 2 mint birdshead Rugers in .45 Colt. I think the price on them is $350 a piece.

I have one of their Dakota SAA repros made by Uberti. Nice well finished revolver. I've compared it many rimes to my second generation Colt SAA and I really can't see all that much difference except the Uberti came with one piece walnut grip.

The guns are made in Italy by Uberti, the company that supplies a number of companies each stamping their own name on the guns. I have a pair of Hartford Model SAAs and I have been happy with them.
