EAA Witness 9mm Magazine

I bought an EAA Witness for my wife. The pistol only came with 1 magazine. I tried getting extras from EAA. I have waited almost a year and they are still "backordered". I live in Virginia and can have full capacity. Does anyone know where I can get some spare mags? or Will any of the CZ mags will work?

I've had several Witnesses over the years, both the older small-frame guns, and the newer large frame guns.

It depends on the frame size: if you've got a larger-framed Witness, CZ mags won't work. If it's an older model based on the smaller frame (even if new), the CZ mags will work.

(I'm guessing, but someone else may be able to comment -- a 9mm CZ mag for the larger Tactical Sport *MIGHT* work in a large-frame Witness 9mm)

Mec Gar makes good mags for the Witness. You will need to know if it is the large or small frame though. I assume yours is a 9mm since you asked about CZ mags. EAA's large frame 9mm mags are 17 round and the small are 16 round. What is the capacity of your original mag?

As Walt said you need to figure out if you have a full size frame or a small frame. Also is the gun standard or compact. Eaa can tell you what you have by the serial number.
