On the website for Ammo Depot I came across Silver Bear "Effect Point Capped Hollow Point" in 7.62X39, 123 gr.

The nose is a little odd; it looks like a certain family-planning device with the reservoir tip.
Has anyone used it, and does it in any way justify a price of twice as much as the SP of this caliber?
