Electronic scales

Man I dunno, these things are built pretty tough. I had a plumbing break RIGHT OVER my reloading bench (water hose came off my washing machine, which is immediately over my reloading room).

My entire bench got soaked. Including the RCBS auto dispenser. As soon as the water line came off, I ran downstairs and yanked out the surge strip, shutting all my gear off (have an expensive trunk tracking scanner, etc on the bench).

I shook the water out of the stuff, let it all dry out for 3 days before plugging it in again. Works like a champ still! (So does the Uniden scanner).

Had major electronic scale variances driving me crazy last year. Turns out it was not breeze in the garage with door closed or HAVC system in the house. It was my iPhone which always follows me around. Turned it off and all my electronic scale problems vanished! No tin-foil hats needed..

Cell phones emit pretty potent signals. I don't get a signal in the basement anyway, so I leave it upstairs. It's never been near my scale. Now, it won't be.. for sure.
