Does the state legislature has constitutional authority to control intrastate commerce, or otherwise pre-empt municipal mischief such as this? Sounds like good basis for activism.

I moved to the Hill Country last year after many years in Dallas. I chose to live outside of San Antonio for just he reasons mentioned here.
Strange how 45 miles changes the whole culture.
