extended ported barrell for glock 22, sight adjustment?

I have ordered a storm lake ported barrel for my glock 22, it extends past the slide alittle bit...enough to have two ports outside of the slide

now for my question...one i install this drop in barrell, am i going to have to adjust my sights at all due to the extended barrel length??

any help would be great
