as far as the new kid on the block, right now you can get a Caracal here (call 'em--current price is $395 for F or C model)

lots of rumors as to Caracal's future US distribution plans (the most encouraging being rumors about a surrogate distribution network, a la the relationship between Walther and S&W) but the common denominator is that the pistol is simply impressive.

my favorite striker fired handgun is my colt model 1908 pocket .25.
i completely restored it,poor thing was bare metal and missing most of its parts when i got it.now it shoots more accuratly than any .25 i have EVER shot.i know they are not known for accuracy at all,but this one has REALY suprised me!
and havnt had a single jam or FTF since the restoration,and i have fired over 300 rounds through it since then.

Ironically, the .25 ACP is inherently very accurate, but never caught on as a target cartridge because of the guns it was designed to be used in.
