Federal premium SPP?

I bought a few 1,000 packs of these several months ago and grabbed them off the shelf since they were the only SPP available at the time.

These primers seem to slip into the primer pockets easier than all the other SPP I have tried. They certainly have a smoother feel going into the pocket in my progressive press. How are these different from regular Federal SPP?

Are they lubed?

The F-100's are easy going as well, they may not be a good fit for brass with sloppy pockets, I do like them in Winchester brass.
GM primers are said to be more consistent, but if they cost more I would get the regular Fed. primers if given a choice, I just don't see a big difference between the two.
