After reading a thread about a doctor's question sheet containing the questions "do you have any guns in the house" and "are they loaded" brings to mind my financial adviser. When setting up my investments he asked me "what sports or hobbies I had? I answered shooting. "Oh, what sort of guns do you have"? Just a couple of dozen. "And what's the biggest"? Ah, let me see, the 30.06 would do the most damage. Next question, there weren't any more. Strange eh!

So when the stock market crashed and I lost money through his choice of companies to invest in, I guess he felt less pain than I.

Now when I go to the shopping center and he's standing outside the Bank, he gives me that friendly wave and smile. You know the wave you just hate.

How do I respond, I make my fingers and thumb look like a pistol and point it at him, and with the same insipid smile he gave me, my fingers go up with the recoil. Just like a kid playing cowboys.

Funny my smile had a different effect.

Was it a good question?

"Hahaha, so this one time, this guy lost me a pile of money, and then the next time I saw him, I totally scared him by pretending I was going to shoot him! LOLZ, amiright?"

...Not funny, and not on-topic for THR.
