Got the brass ready to load my first 30-06 loads.Ill be using Winchester large rifle primers and Hornady 150g spizter bullets.I have 4 powders I could use IMR 4895,IMR 4320,Varget and H4350.These will be 100 yard hunting rounds if accurate. The gun is a Remington 760 carbine 18.5 inch barrel.Which powder should I use?

Any of those powders will work. I use Varget in my 760 loads it is a 30.06 carbine also. I use 165 gr hornady sp. I only push them at about 2500 fps.

I think you'll eventually find that the gun and the bullet will have alot to do with your accuracy. I never had an inaccurate load for my ruger m77 '06 whenever I used either H or imr 4895. And i think you may find some will say if your gun cannot find a good load with H4350 in '06, get rid of it.

Try several. I like Varget for 150 grain bullets. When I get heavier than 165s, I go to IMR 4350. I think the burn rate is very similar to the H4350. It is about what your gun likes though. Mine's not picky. It'll shoot anything. My .280 on the other hand, is very finicky. Hopefully your '06 won't be.

Of the powders you listed I would use either 4895 or Varget with 150gr bullet. With bullets weighing 165gr or heavier I really like 4350. With a 168gr Sierra MatchKing bullet (or 165gr GameKing) I was able to make ammo which produced a three shot .3" group @100 yards using H4350. I see no reason why you couldn't too.
