HB 45 puts real teeth in Florida's firearms preemption statute.

Firearms law preemption insures that you have the same right to carry anywhere in the state. Currently 2/3 of Florida counties and countless cities have more restrictive ordinances in spite of state law! HB ".45" gives us the firepower needed to protect FL gun owners.

Did it. Thanks for posting this. It is interesting how sometimes you need layers of legislation instead of just the one law. Guess it is like repetition in speech, for when you really mean it.
