Not very good. Great talk, as long as it's talk only on the phone. When it comes to them actually doing something, that's another story. I am currently disgusted with them, their attitude, and actions (which is nil). However, this is a "work in progress" in dealing with them. I will telephone again today and try to be calm and suggest they replace the mags. And hope that cures my pistols functioning problems.
